Stephen Barlock
President
Steve Barlock has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Saint Michael’s College, and spent 10 years in the LED side of the lighting business at then start-up Color Kinetics in Boston and Chicago before joining Visible Light in October of 2007. Steve’s main roles at Visible Light include lighting and controls sales and support for specifiers, contractors, distributors and end users within southern NH.
Steve’s outside interests include golf, skiing, and seeing live music. Most importantly, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.

Scott Kimball
Vice President, Partner
Educated in mechanical engineering technology Scott had 7 years of previous experience as an Electrical Designer at RFS Engineering, when he joined Visible Light in October of 2005. Scott provides specification/design assistance to architects/engineers/designers in the NH and VT markets. He assists electrical contractors and electrical distributors as well as building owners with lighting design for new, retrofit and renovation projects. He also provides lighting control system support and design assistance to customers in NH and VT.
Scott is also an automotive enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls hiking and enjoying the outdoors.

Jeremy Archambault
Vice President, Partner
Jeremy has a business degree from Franklin Pierce University and served as an Armor Crewmember in the United States Army. Prior to joining Visible Light in June of 2010, he spent 6 years in distribution as a lighting quotations manager. Jeremy’s main roles at Visible Light include lighting and controls sales and support for specifiers, contractors, distributors, and end users within southern Maine and New Hampshire.
Jeremy’s interests include golf, boating, and spending time with this family. He is also a semi-professional poker player and made an appearance on ESPN at the 2019 World Series of Poker Main Event in Las Vegas.

Steve Taylor is a senior partner and business manager at Visible Light, as well as being responsible for lighting sales in Maine. He started his career at the company in April of 2001. Steve has been in the agency business since 1990. Steve has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern Maine and graduated from the GE Technical Market Program in Hendersonville, NC and Atlanta, GA
Steve’s interests include spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf, and skiing.

Liz McDonough
Outside Sales
Liz McDonough brings over 25 years of lighting experience to Visible Light, blending an engineering background with a people-first, relationship-driven approach to sales. She holds a BS Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University and an MBA from Northeastern. Before joining the team, she spent her career with OSRAM Sylvania and Boston Light Source. Liz joined Visible Light in December 2025 and supports specifiers and clients throughout southern New Hampshire and southern Maine.
Outside of work, Liz is usually outdoors—on a bike, skis, or a hiking trail—with her two teenage boys. A passionate believer in movement, community, and the power of getting outside, she’s also involved in youth cycling and health/wellness coaching. Liz brings that same energy, enthusiasm, and genuine care to every client she works with.

Ken Bailey
Ken has built a career rooted in technical expertise and leadership. He spent eight years with Acuity Brands as the Northeast Field Service Engineer before joining Visible Light in 2025 as Lighting Controls Department Manager, where he combines his passion for innovation with hands-on experience. Before transitioning to the lighting industry, Ken served as Nuclear Electrician Work Leader at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard’s San Diego Detachment, overseeing critical repairs on electrical systems for active U.S. nuclear submarines. His foundation was forged during 12 years of service in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman (Air Warfare Specialist), where he developed a strong sense of discipline and teamwork.
Outside of work, Ken enjoys hockey, hiking, snowboarding, and boating—always seeking adventure both on and off the job.

Scott Drouin
Scott studied Mathematics at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and prior to joining Visible Light enjoyed 14 years in electrical distribution as a lighting specialist and project sales. Scott joined the Visible Light team in June of 2011. His responsibilities include photometric calculations, lighting design, and quotations.
Scott’s free time these days is filled up with working out, listening to true crime podcasts, and working around the house. On top of family time and following the Patriots and Celtics, of course. And he is, unanimously, the Seinfeld resident expert of the company.

Beth White
Beth joined Visible Light in 2008 and has a Bachelor of Science in communications from Salem State College. Her position includes inside sales, quotations and project management.
In her free time Beth loves to spend time with her family. She also likes sports, going to concerts, and boating.

Heidi Connors
Heidi joined Visible Light in September of 2013 as an applications specialist. Her responsibilities include applications and lighting design as well as working with the quotes department. Heidi has a bachelor of science in electrical engineering with a minor in optical & illumination engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Heidi’s experience in the lighting industry includes working at Osram-Sylvania’s HID plant and with another lighting manufacturer’s rep agency.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, and doting on her dogs.

Owen Grace
Owen joined the Visible Light team as an intern and has been with the company since December 2024. He’s currently gaining hands-on experience in inside sales, marketing, and contact management, and is quickly building a strong foundation in the industry.
He is also pursuing a degree in Business Administration through online classes at Southern New Hampshire University, balancing his education with real-world business experience.
Outside of work, Owen enjoys golfing, spending time outside, and being with friends and family.

Will Ginolfi
Will Ginolfi joined Visible Light in August 2025 as an Inside Sales Representative. He works closely with channel partners and clients to provide tailored lighting solutions, including configuring bills of materials, managing quotations for architectural specification projects and stock orders, and guiding partners through technical questions. William graduated from Providence College and draws on a background in full-cycle sales, client relationship management, and finance to bring both technical accuracy and strategic insight to every project.
Outside of work, Will enjoys skiing, boating, traveling, and spending time at the beach with friends and family. He also loves cooking, exploring great food, and discovering new culinary experiences.

Kelly Beck
Kelly started at Visible Light in May of 2006 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in business management. As part of the customer service team, Kelly’s responsibilities range from order entry and project management to submittals and any post-sale needs.
Outside of work, Kelly is a busy wife and mom to her three young children. In addition to spending time with family and friends, she enjoys gardening, shopping, and going to the beach.

Ellie Jones
Ellie joined our Customer Service Team in September of 2021. As a graduate of Keystone College in Pennsylvania, she has 6+ years of experience in customer care.
Her role as a member of the Customer Service Team includes order entry, handling post-sale needs, and various requests in between.
When she is not in the office, Ellie can be found spending time with her family.
She loves to stay active and enjoys running, spending time at the beach, or exploring different parts New England.
